As the owner of Freedom Landscapes, I focus on leading our team, setting the company's vision, and building a business that serves both our clients and our employees with excellence. My goal is to build a company where our values aren't just words on a wall—they're reflected in the way we serve our clients, support one another, and approach every project.
Favorite Part of My Job
I enjoy watching our team grow. Seeing people develop their skills, take ownership, and accomplish things they never thought possible is one of the most rewarding parts of building this company.
Something Fun About Me
If there's a reason to get people together, there's a good chance I'll be behind the smoker. I enjoy cooking for large groups and believe some of life's best conversations happen over a great meal.

What I Do
As Vice President and Marketing Director, I get to share the story of who Freedom Landscapes is and showcase the incredible work our team performs every day. I also have the privilege of coordinating company events, helping our team stay connected, celebrate victories, and build a strong culture together.
Favorite Part of My Job
It's not technically part of my job, but anytime I get the chance to hop into a piece of heavy equipment and help with a side quest, I'm all in.
Something Fun About Me
I grew up living in several countries across Europe. I also have a bright yellow pet snake named Dijon—just like the mustard.

What I Do
As Sales Manager and Estimator at Freedom Landscapes, I lead and support our sales team by developing estimating standards, refining our sales process, and helping turn opportunities into successful projects. I enjoy creating accurate proposals, improving the systems that support our team, and ensuring every estimate reflects the quality, professionalism, and craftsmanship that define Freedom Landscapes.
Favorite Part of My Job
I enjoy building new things. Whether it's a better estimate template, a new feature in our app, or a solution to a problem we've been working through, I like finding ways to improve how we work and make everyone's job a little easier.
Something Fun About Me
I spent six years in Cañon City guiding whitewater rafting trips on the Arkansas River through Bighorn Sheep Canyon and the Royal Gorge.

What I Do
As a Solution Provider, I help homeowners solve challenging landscaping problems. My favorite projects are brand-new homes where we get to start with a blank canvas. It's an opportunity to think outside the box, and every project feels fresh, exciting, and completely unique.
Favorite Part of My Job
Right before the final walkthrough, I like to make one last lap around the project picking up stray trash and tossing any runaway rocks back into the landscape beds. It makes me feel like I got to help with the install—even though the crew deserves all the credit.
Something Fun About Me
In a previous chapter of my life, I served as a U.S. Navy Seabee as an electrician. So if you hand me a pair of pliers, I'll probably know what to do with them.

Honestly, I'd rather cook at home. But if I'm going out, I love finding a little hole-in-the-wall restaurant serving authentic ethnic food—the kind of place where the menu is amazing and English is everyone's second language.

What I Do
As Operations Manager, I work alongside our crews to keep projects moving efficiently and make sure every job is completed to the high standards our clients expect. I enjoy helping our team succeed and finding ways to make each project run a little smoother.
Favorite Part of My Job
My job requires me to spend a lot of time behind a laptop, but my heart still belongs in the dirt. Anytime I get the chance to be out on a job site with our crews, getting my hands dirty and watching a project come together, it's a good day.
Something Fun About Me
I love running—especially long-distance races. The farther the challenge, the more I enjoy it.

What I Do
As your Project Manager I’m on the ground at your project, leading the team and making sure you get the best value for your yard. This includes executing on all the details, keeping the team on schedule and communicating with you.
Favorite Part of My Job
I enjoy the projects that require a little extra creativity. Since I'm a certified welder, I always look forward to the chance to build something custom instead of just using an off-the-shelf solution.

What I Do
As a Project Manager, I help homeowners bring their landscaping projects to life. From the first site visit to the final walkthrough, I work closely with our clients and crews to make sure every project is completed the right way.
Favorite Part of My Job
I enjoy watching a yard come together from start to finish. Every project has its own challenges, and it's rewarding to leave knowing we've created something the homeowner will enjoy for years to come.
Something Fun About Me
I recently completed my own backyard xeriscape project here in Colorado Springs, so I've experienced many of the same challenges our clients face. Before joining Freedom Landscapes, I also served as both a squad leader and platoon leader in the U.S. Army.

I keep the behind-the-scenes stuff running...HR, payroll, financial management, office operations, and a little bit of everything in between. If it helps keep Freedom moving, there's a good chance it's crossed my desk at some point.

I enjoy solving problems and improving processes. There's something satisfying about taking a messy situation, figuring it out, and making things run a little smoother.
Something Fun About Me
I enjoy thrifting, coffee, and convincing myself I don't need another dog.
